DevOps Engineer

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our infrastructure team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing scalable, automated infrastructure to support the development and deployment of our applications and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and application deployment using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines to support automated testing and deployment processes.
- Monitor system health and performance using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
- Collaborate with development teams to streamline software delivery and improve system reliability.
- Manage containerized applications using Docker and orchestrate using Kubernetes.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues, ensuring high availability and scalability.
- Implement security best practices and compliance requirements in cloud environments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a DevOps or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
- Expertise in containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
- Strong knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix systems administration and networking fundamentals.
- Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
Preferred Skills:
- Certifications in cloud platforms such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure DevOps Engineer, or Google Cloud Professional DevOps Engineer.
- Experience with serverless architectures and microservices.
- Understanding of GitOps practices for managing infrastructure.
- Knowledge of security protocols and practices in cloud environments.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like New Relic, ELK stack, or Splunk.
